Exquisite BJDs took part in the IDEX convention in Orlando in January. The dolls met with great reception and we wer proud to sponsor the BJD Meet and Greet Saturday Evening.
Welcome to Exquisite BJDs
Exquisite BJDs specializes in Porcelain BJDs. Our dolls are made of a special porcelain made to match the various resin colors on the market so tht your dolls will blend into your existing collection. When we start our project of entering inthe the BJD market, we decided that we wanted the dolls to look just like the resin dolls coming in from Japan and Korea.
Locking Legs
The current sculpts are actually the fourth generation sculpts. The leg and arm joints have been redesigned several times until we got the movement that we wanted. These joint now lock so well that even the 17" and 22" tall dolls will stand on their own. Even though we are happy with the current sculpts we are already working on the next generation of knee and elbow joints. They will be double balls and as an individual piece wo that there is as much poseability as possible. So Stay Tuned!!!
Create Your Own
We are already getting requests for more Goth looking dolls as well as many requests for bisque dolls that are strung and have eyes, but ones that you can dress yourselves and changes the wigs. those are all in the works.
